BEN HAMER 7
On his first competitive start for the club, Hamer wasn’t troubled in the opening half as Swansea dominated the ball. Decent enough with the ball at his feet, but couldn’t do much about the equaliser.
JOEL LATIBEAUDIERE 7
More than comfortable on the ball and was happy to go more direct when needed. Solid showing.
RYAN BENNETT 7
Back in the side following a bout of Covid, he once again showed a no-nonsense approach in going back to Hamer when needed but was also bold enough to carry the ball forward too. Read play well on numerous occasions to cut out attacks. Subbed.
RYAN MANNING 7
Continued where he left off from previous encounters. Very comfortable in the current set-up once again. Hooked at the break but did well during his time on the pitch.
KYLE JOSEPH 8
Making his first Swansea start, the summer signing was incredibly lively on the right flank, with his press leading to his side’s opener. Put in some good tackles and was withdrawn late on after an impressive showing.
JAY FULTON 7
Looked to get Swansea forward when things were a bit flat for periods. Did his share of defensive duties when required too.
DAN WILLIAMS 8
The academy product is really grasping his chance to shine. Nice strike to put Swansea ahead and loves a crunching challenge too. Very composed display from a player who is looking like one of the next off the production line.

JAKE BIDWELL 8
Was heavily involved in attack and almost notched an assist for Joseph early on. Put in so many teasing crosses and made a vital block to keep out Panutche Camara’s strike in the second half. Top display.
YAN DHANDA 6
Got into some good positions but couldn’t find that decisive final ball.
JAMAL LOWE 7
Fired into the side netting in the first-half but his work rate helped bring others into play. Assist for Williams and excellent play to create Morgan Whittaker’s second goal.
MORGAN WHITTAKER – Star Man 9
Scuffed a volley over the crossbar in the opening half and couldn’t really create problems, but exploded into action late on with his hat-trick. Wonderful hit for his first and coolly slotted home his second soon after. Worked his way into a good position before poking home for his third.
Brandon Cooper (for Manning) – Comfortable defensively and was decent on the ball too. 6
Kyle Naughton (for Bennett) – Gave Swansea a bit more composure on the ball at the back. 7
Ethan Laird (for Joseph) – Made a difference when he came on. Assist for Whittaker too. 7
