Church celebrates 20th anniversary | The Nation

Members of Gospel Apostolic Church (GAC), Bariga Branch have rolled out the drums to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Gospel Apostolic Church (GAC) headquartered in Gbagada, Lagos was founded by the late Rev Samuel Akinbode Sadela who died at the age of 114.

The church’s branch, which clocked 20 years in March, 2021, lined up a week-long revival for the commemoration of this year’s anniversary with different ministrations from invited pastors.

The anniversary service which will be observed strictly in-line with COVID-19 protocols holds Sunday, March 21, at the church’s premises.

The minister-in-charge, Pastor Olafimihan, explained that the celebration is not just about singing the church’s praise, but to reflect on God’s goodness and mercies, and to document some of the church’s milestones within the 20 years of existence.
